Refunds need to be requested by submitting your request with your full name through the Contact Us form on the Negotiation.me website on or before the 30^th day from your purchase date.

 

Accounts will be reviewed to ensure that all 14 episodes have been completed entirely.  If you have completed all 14 episodes a refund will be issued within 7 days from your written request through the Contact Us form. 

 

We will NOT provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.

 

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy. The Negotiation School will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund.
